Designer bathrooms and close to all hotspots – right between Görlitzer Bahnhof, Schlesisches Tor, and Kottbusser Tor. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. We have 2 cats, but they will not be in the apartment. Not suitable for allergy sufferers! Some of the furnishings have scratches.
The accommodation
You’ll be staying in a maisonette apartment of approx. 75 sqm, spread over two floors. The apartment is located on the 4th and 5th floors (top floor) and has two entrances.
Upstairs, you’ll find the bedroom with a queen-size box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a designer bathroom with a bathtub, skylight, a long double sink, and a washing machine.
The bedroom is connected to the living room downstairs by a staircase.
Downstairs, next to the living room, there is a modern open-plan kitchen with a counter and four bar stools. There’s also a king-size sofa and a 75-inch Ambilight flat-screen TV with 5.1 surround sound. Through a glass door, you can access the separate hallway and the designer bathroom, which features a rain shower, hairdryer, and a large window with natural daylight.
The apartment stands out for its perfect location and cozy atmosphere. It’s ideal for couples or solo travelers, but also works well for three people. Thanks to the open kitchen, you can cook, eat, sit together at the counter, or simply relax on the sofa and watch a movie or play PlayStation 5 – a selection of games is available.
